Updates to Restricted Email Attachments
|
The current list of blocked email attachments has been updated by Central IT, which can be found here.
If you need to send a file that is of a file-type listed in the above list, your choices are to use OneDrive and share the folder or file, or see this URL for other options.
We recommend using UBC OneDrive to replace email attachments as it will reduce the size of the email significantly.
Additionally, you will also get an email that the recipient has accessed your file(s).

Student Support Resources
This final push to the end of term can be challenging for students’ health, especially their mental health. Some of you may come across students in distress and this email serves to reorient you to the resources available to you and to students who may need support.
|
The Student Assistance Program is a free, confidential, 24/7 wellness resource with access to confidential counselling. For more information, check here.
UBC Health and Wellness offer a variety of workshops, resources and information to support your overall health and wellbeing, which you can find here. The Wellness Centre is open for all students to drop-in, and is a friendly, peer-hosted space that offers many wellbeing programs for students.
Embedded Counselling:
Students within the faculty of Forestry are able to book a 1:1 session with Nicole, embedded mental health counsellor.
If students are interested in booking a session, please direct them to call Counselling Services at 604-822-3811 and
