Classroom AV & Lecture Capturing

To book an AV demo in the Faculty of Forestry, please contact forestry.tls@ubc.ca.
If your assigned classrooms are outside of our faculty, we would be happy to help you try the AV system in a Forestry classroom with similar setups.

To schedule the classroom live streaming and recording, please submit your request at least 2 business days before your
class to Central AV via this link.
For more information, please check out this website. You can follow the steps in this tip-sheet to fill out the reservation form.

Here are the tip-sheets for using AV systems in Forestry classrooms.

(1) Learning spaces with built-in live streaming and recording systems:
FSC 1001/1003/1005/1221

(2) Mobile AV cart in FSC 1001

(3) General learning spaces without built-in live streaming or recording systems

(4) Alternative recording options for in-person classes

(5) Sharing class recordings with students
