UBC Large TLEF Awards

Congratulations John Innes and Carlos Ormond who will be leading the
continued large project titled “Turning the
Indigenous Land Stewardship program into
a multi-access program” for its second year. This project focuses on integrating Indigenous and Western knowledge and increasing accessibility for scholars
(instructors and students) in remote locations.

Congratulations to Lindsay Cuff who will continue to lead the large project titled “Flexible writing instruction throughout undergraduate curricula: Fostering students’ growth, persistence, and identity as writers in scholarly communities and beyond” for its second year. A substantial amount of work has been completed in the project’s first year, contributing to the meaningful journey of helping students
discover their voices as novice writers and establish their identities through scholarly communication.
