The August Final Exam schedule with locations is now available in Workday and the information will be posted publicly online later this afternoon.
You may download the exam schedule in Workday. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Workday
- Enter “Final Exam Schedules – Central“ into the Search bar
- Select Academic Period > Current Periods > 2024-25 UBC-V Academic Year > 2025 Summer Session (UBC-V)
- In the “Exam Date From (On or After)” field enter 2025-08-12
- In the “Exam Date To (On or After)” field enter 2025-08-16
- Click OK
- Choose Export to Excel or Worksheets from the top right of the report

Not familiar with your exam location? More details about the general teaching space can be found on the Learning Spaces Website. Floorplans showing washroom locations are being added to the website. They can be found on each building page, under Resources > Floor Plan. The floorplans indicate whether the washrooms are gendered or all-gender, as well as whether the washroom is accessible.
