Portable AV Cart
In addition to the one-button studio housed in FSC 3003, we have one more addition to our online teaching and learning ‘bag of tricks’ that may be of interest to you.
We have set up a portable AV cart in FSC 1001. This is a full‐featured and video conferencing cart that uses Zoom Room software to allow you to conduct live classes and/or record asynchronous classes in a classroom setting.

How to access the Portable AV cart
Please book FSC 1001 by contacting any of the individuals below:
- Dean’s Office: Nicole and Jennifer
- FRM: Joanne and Scheyla
- FCS: Natasha, and Andrea
- WOOD: Genny, Marc, and Ivy
In order to access either FSC 1001 or 1005, you must obtain a key from one of the lockboxes in the FSC building. The lockbox display will read “Clsrm/Conf/shar” and the keys located in the following slots:
• Loading Bay: #13
• Second Floor: #5
• Third Floor: #5
• Fourth Floor: #13
The keys are marked “F1-KD4” and will actually open seven classroom spaces: 1001; 1002; 1003; 1005; 1611; 1615; 1617.
